3:30 pm a clear blue sky with a chilly Christchurch southerly; we pick The Scare up from the airport with one main noticeable problem, Sam there drummer was left in Sydney...well actually he lost his passport and couldn't make the flight but was going to make it before the show on a later flight. So we made our way to the Wunder Bar situated in the port of Lytlleton about 20km out of central Christchurch. (For those of you who don't know this is where the first four ships sailed into with our ancestors) We then found out that Sam had not made his second flight and would not make it until the next day. So Strachan took on the role of The Scare drummer for the night and did a fantastic job I must add. Overall an exciting show, highlights including The bus trip to and from the venue; always a great way to get punters out there, also the random pit-bull terrier that was at the bar?

Well it's finally come... We will be heading out on tour as of tomorrow morning with our friends The Scare from Sydney. We all can't wait to let loose with some new material and are looking forward to seeing The Scare rip shreds into the New Zealand crowds while we're at it.

Australian band 'Birds of Tokyo' will be heading over to New Zealand for a one off show on June 2nd and we will be playing support along with The Earlybirds.

Tickets are $10 for admission, if you are in Christchurch however, there is also a bus option which will give you admission to the show and a bus to, and from, The Foundry bar in Ilam.
