In cases where Clapclapriot.com is not at fault but a return request has been approved products will need to be sent back to Clapclapriot.com at the customers expense.
Once the products have been received and verified by us, Clapclapriot.com will resend the replacement item or when appropriate give a refund.
Faulty and Damaged Goods
